This is the original black & white line art for DCL Chapter One, Issue 1: Page 36-37 (Double Page Spread). This is probably the most intricate piece of art in the whole of Issue 1. It took something like 30 hours to draw very carefully with ballpoint pen over light blue pencil. The pencil has been erased, but you can still see small traces of it under the final line art. This is my favourite page of the story thus far. It kinda visually sums up where we’re headed, and what it all means. Whatever that is.
