Many of you may know that this is a project I’ve been chipping/toiling away at for the better part of two decades. I’m finally ready to start publishing the crystallisation of my original idea; and so, I’ve started a Substack for Dead City Lullabies.
It’s a graphic novel / soundtrack / extended universe of ideas and material.
This Substack is where I’ll be serialising the graphic novel itself! As well as one-shot exclusive comics, stories, poems, you name it. Everything that comes out of my imagination and has managed to materialise in a readable form, this is where it’ll live. If you subscribe (free!) You’ll never miss a beat.
There will eventually be a physical version of the first book. But for now, you can read it all as it unravels on Substack. I’ll be posting regular writing, artwork, news, ideas, polls, all sorts of stuff to keep this ‘verse ticking.
Also - I’ve written a music score for it. You can even listen to some of that in the DCL Soundcloud.
